A PATH TOWARD DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Laboratorio Bagó Ecuador had one objective in 2019: to take a big step in digital transformation. To do this, they needed to have collaborative tools that would allow them to carry out their tasks from anywhere, and expand the space in the cloud. To carry out its objective, the client decided to migrate to Google Workspace with Xertica, and integrate this project into its digital transformation plan.
MIGRATING TO THE GOOGLE CLOUD
Xertica provided support in the migration of the email system because the client's on-premise solution was not compatible with Google's migration applications.
The result was a rapid implementation and gradual migration that allowed for complete training and efficient use of Google Workspace tools.
Thanks to the benefits of the Google platform, the collaborators of Laboratorio Bagó Ecuador found themselves with an easy-to-use and accessible service to work during the period of isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
A COMPLEX SERVICE, A SIMPLE SOLUTION
Previously, the client had an on-premise free software service, with administration that was complex to use.
The implementation of Google Workspace achieved flexibility in the work schedule and the possibility of carrying out successful training, generating a more dynamic workspace with a centralized email service, new tools and easy adoption by workers.
