IN SEARCH OF AN INTEGRATED INFRASTRUCTURE
The client presented itself with the need to have an adequate technological infrastructure that would allow it to operate its systems in an efficient, permanent and decentralized manner at the national level.
Lider Grupo Constructor was looking for a solution to the maintenance and upgrade of servers that, being physical, had the problem of being rigid and complicated to use. Additionally, he was looking for a tool that would allow him to access his suite of desktop applications remotely.
FAST AND EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION
With the help of Xertica and Grupo Líder, joint work was carried out, in a very fluid manner between both parties, and the client was provided with an infrastructure based on the benefits and solutions offered by the Google Cloud platform.
“The automatic execution of database backups was configured and we migrated a large part of our technological infrastructure to the cloud, all in less than 15 days!”, comments Fernando Collantes, Head of Systems at Grupo Líder Constructor.
During this process, the Google cloud virtual machine configuration was applied, the necessary configurations were made for the operation of its web and desktop applications, the client databases were migrated, VPN connections were established, and a multisession software that allows simultaneous remote and secure connections.
SATISFACTORY RESULTS FOR A LEADING COMPANY
The implementation of the Google platform achieved a 30% decrease in reported incidents, 99.95% availability of services, more than 30 simultaneous remote connections and a reduction of 25 hours per month in customer support and management , providing a solution to the initial problems.

The results are evident. In addition to what was mentioned above, migration to the Google cloud reduced Internet consumption, service costs and server sizing work by 50%.
