Accival is a company that during the last two years experienced accelerated growth in its operations. Faced with this, it needed to change the email platform to keep up with this pace, since there was no proper management of email accounts, the administration was decentralized, there was little security and high maintenance costs were required by the IT area. .
Likewise, a lot of information was lost along the way. It was complicated and slow to register email accounts when a collaborator left the company (the cancellation process took around two weeks), there was no central console to monitor and audit account activity. In addition to this, there was no management of the data of users who left the company (for example, reference information for other positions or for replacements).
