At Xertica.ai, we became a key technological ally for the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, proposing an ambitious solution: a total migration to Google Cloud, an environment designed to guarantee security, scalability, and efficiency.

The project began with the goal of providing the institution with a solid, modern, and future-proof infrastructure, under a strategy based on Google’s Rapid Assessment & Migration Program (RAMP) methodology, ensuring a fast, simple, and risk-controlled migration.

In total, 44 virtual machines were migrated, and a Hub and Spoke architecture was adopted, which centralizes network control for more efficient and secure management.

• High Availability Connectivity: Redundant links with 99.8% monthly availability, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations.
• Continuous Monitoring (Google Cloud Operations): Centralized monitoring and proactive alerts for CPU, memory, and disks, ensuring immediate response to anomalies.
• Knowledge Transfer: Intensive 120-hour training for 10 Court members, with mentorship in Spanish and access to free practice environments, strengthening internal competencies.

With this architecture, the Constitutional Court took a decisive technological leap, moving from a vulnerable infrastructure to a robust, secure cloud ecosystem prepared for the challenges of the digital future.
